Solus Performance Training has been a tremendous help in my success as a professional athlete. It's the best off-season training program that I've been a part of in my eight year career in the NFL. I like the fact that the training programs are very flexible to accommodate each person individually to achieve his or her personal goals. In the summer of 2009, I started the Fitness Program for three weeks to decrease my body weight and body fat composition while increasing my overall endurance level. I reported to training camp in the best physical condition of my career. The personal training staff at Solus is a great bunch of guys who create a family atmosphere which makes it the perfect place to train.
