| Skills Training and Personal Training
Skills training is a separate dimension of our overall training at Solus. We offer skills training in certain sports such as baseball, softball, basketball, football, and soccer. Unlike our speed-strength training for athletes, skills training focuses on the specifics of a certain sport. Whether it is hitting or pitching lessons for baseball and softball or learning the basic fundamentals on foot work for soccer, it is an opportunity for an athlete to get ahead of the game at any age. We teach from the group up. We teach the principles from basic fundamentals in a baseball swing to proper technique to block-out and rebound.
Though the main view of Solus Performance Training is based on a group style training accompanied by trainers, we also offer personal training. Solus Performance Personal Training has the advantage of having a trainers 100% attention on you and your specific personal goals.
